Anping Qinghe expanded metal Mesh Factory has very strict quality requirement from the time the sheet material come into our factory until the finished expanded metal products leave our factory. We mainly emphasize on the following steps within the whole manufacturing procedure.

Choosing Sheet & Coil Material:

We choose the best sheet/coil material available in China for all our orders. Our Plain Steel, Gal. Steel sheet/coil material are from Tangshan Steel Group; our Aluminum sheet/coil are from Henan Aluminum Corp; our stainless steel sheet/coil are from Taiyuan Stainless Steel Corp; they are the best sheet/coil supplier in China within their field.

Automatic Expanding Machines:

Most of our equipments are automatic expanded machines, from 2.5m wide Heavy Type expanded metal Machines to 1.0m wide Light expanded metal Machines, with those machine, we can expand a broad range of thickness from 8mm to 0.04mm. Those equipments are carefully maintained to ensure precision expanding, which ensure the even mesh size and shape, and the flat surface.

Zinc Coating:

We have Hot Dip Galvanizing Line for expanded metal in rolls and panels. The procedure of hot dip galvanizing after expanding makes the expanded strand section is completely protected from the abusive environment, and it makes the lifetime of expanded metal longer.

PVC Coating:

By combining durable PVC with a breakthrough coating process, Anping Qinghe expanded metal Mesh Factory provides expanded metal with a protective PVC layer that can handle rough treatment without stripping or peeling. It gives the expanded metal with multiple colors, and moreover, it makes its lifetime much longer.
