THE world¡¯s biggest steel producer ArcelorMittal is going to spend around ¡ê66.7 million to purchase a 16 percent stake in South African coal producer Coal of Africa (CoAL).

Under this agreement, CoAL has to supply ArcelorMittal with a minimum of 2.5 million tons of coking coal per year.
